Overview

Ordinance #2328 authorizes the creation of the Oakland Cemetery Commission and defines the Oakland Cemetery Code.  This was later amended by Ordinance #2338. In addition, the City Administration Code (pgs. 50-62) further defines all facets of the Oakland Cemetery Commission.  Further, Resolution #2317 establishes the fees and costs for the Russellville Oakland Cemetery. The commission is committed to promoting and aiding the development of Oakland Cemetery.
